1. License
All assets provided by frema are offered under CC0 1.0 (public-domain equivalent). They may be used freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including modification and remixing, with no credit required.
2. Disclosure of AI-generated content
The assets on this site are generated by AI (image-generation models, etc.).
3. No warranty
Assets are provided “as is”. We make no warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
4. Third-party rights & own risk
We do not guarantee that assets are free of third-party copyright, trademark, likeness or publicity rights. Users are responsible for confirming the rights appropriate to their intended use.
5. Limitation of liability
frema shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the assets beyond the extent permitted by law.
6. Indemnification
If frema receives any claim or suffers damage from a third party due to a user's use of the assets, the user shall indemnify frema for such claims or damage.
7. Prohibited uses
- Redistributing or reselling the assets as-is (e.g. selling them as an asset pack)
- Using or redistributing them as training data for machine-learning / AI models
- Using them to imitate real or famous people
- Using them as a source identifier, such as a trademark or others' work
- Any illegal, defamatory or publicly improper use
8. Reporting & removal of infringement
If you find an asset that infringes a third party's rights, please tell us through the contact form. We will check it and remove or replace it promptly. frema also reserves the right to remove or change any asset at any time, for any reason.
9. Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used, and Google AdSense to cover running costs. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect browsing information. The data collected does not include information that identifies you personally. You can turn off personalized advertising cookies in Google Ads Settings.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the operator's location.
